Our annual Ministers Enrichment is a three-day conference designed just for NDMN ministers and spouses. It features great connections, fresh encouragement, and quality training. Every credentialed minister is encouraged to attend. We will welcome Dr. Troy Jones back to North Dakota as our event speaker to expand on his latest book, Ignite Your Church: Seven Practices to Be an Architect and Not an Arsonist. We are also excited to introduce you to Pastor Elly Marroquin, the National Director of the Assemblies of God Christian Education and Discipleship Department.

SPEAKERS
Dr. Troy Jones
Dr. Troy H. Jones serves as the Lead Pastor of New Life Church, an established church of 5,000 with 5 locations in the Pacific Northwest. The church was founded in 1926 and in 1980 picked him up on a bus and paid his way to a Bible camp where God radically saved his life.
Troy is a sought-after speaker, coach, and consultant, with one singular burden to “lift the arms of pastors.” He also founded The Recalibrate Group to help established churches ignite a fire in their church as an architect, not an arsonist. He has authored several books, including Recalibrate Your Church: How Your Church Can Reach Its Full Kingdom Impact and Ignite Your Church: Seven Practices to Be an Architect and Not an Arsonist.
Troy resides in Seattle, Washington. He is inspired daily by his wife, Jana, of 32 years and their two daughters, two sons in law, and three grandbabies. Troy loves to create memories with his family including his well-known Christmas tradition with his grandkids propelled by Polar express called Papa’s express. Just ask him about it... he will tell you!
Pastor Elly Marroquin
As the newly appointed National Director of the Assemblies of God Christian Education and Discipleship Department, Rev. Elly Marroquin desires to see an intergenerational, Spirit-empowered church demonstrating a growing knowledge of God’s word.
Having been saved in an AG church while attending a Girl’s Ministry meeting, Elly understands the importance of discipleship and the knowledge of God’s word. Until recently, her and her husband Sergio pastored Prince of Peace Church in Garfield, NJ which they planted in 2000. Elly has two master’s degrees in Bilingual Education and Educational Leadership.
Prior to her appointment, Elly served as the Spanish Eastern Director of Christian Education where she oversaw 491 churches in 17 states and 80 schools of ministry. She currently serves on the board at the University of Valley Forge.
Sergio and Elly have two wonderful daughters: Emmy and Carolynn.
WOMEN IN MINISTRY LUNCH
This lunch is for the Network's women in ministry (credentialed women and pastor's wives) to gather and hear from guest speaker Pastor Elly Marroquin. The lunch is during Ministers Enrichment on Tuesday, November 9 at 12:00 noon at the Sleep Inn and Suites.
